In Operation: Good Cop, Bad Bot, Gat will be tasked with dealing with an illegal parking.There are even a few references to the Saints Row games, like Odekar referencing Asha Odekar from Saints Row IV. While most of the names on the scrolling list feature made up names, some are actually names of developers of the game. To the left of Gremlin's R+D Lab is a memorial for fallen agents.Also on the ARK, look at the table in Quartermile's shop to find a flier for the Stillwater Sharks, a sports team from the Saints Row series.Interact with it and Relic will mention that maybe Persephone would keep it in her collection if she was more "Saintly" in her ways. There you'll see the angel statue typically seen in the Saints Hideout. Inside the ARK, head into Relic's shop and look through the window in the back.

Scheherazade can see, open, and close portals to parallel universes, specifically mentioning the universe and plot of the Saints Row series in a conversation with Kingpin.
There are many references to alternate universes throughout the game's campaign, and Agent Scheherazade's personal missions. In Agents of Mayhem, this is referenced in Gat's file as an "international case" he worked on with Agent Safeword. In the "recreate earth" ending to the Gat Out of Hell DLC for Saints Row IV which Agents of Mayhem is based on, Persephone is captured and referenced as Brimstone by Kenzie Kenzington and Matt Miller. Gat is on his way to interrogate her while working as a cop in Seoul. She is revealed to be another MAYHEM Agent, under the alias, Safeword. The "Persephone's Story" cutscene features a cameo by Kenzie Kenzington, a character from Saints Row: The Third and Saints Row IV. Genkibowl from Saints Row: The Third and Saints Row IV is shown being cancelled after LEGION's attack on Devil's Night. The Ronin, a gang from Saints Row 2, make a cameo in Daisy's intro cutscene. Loa Dust is also the drug used and sold by the Samedi in Saints Row 2. Loa Dust is the recreational narcotic mentioned in the Special Investigation: Oni mission. In Agents of Mayhem, Morningstar is the main antagonist and the leader of LEGION. Morningstar is a gang from the third and fourth Saints Row games. In the early Saints Row games, Gat is indeed dating an Aisha. If you play as Gat during the boss fight in Press X to Object, Gat will recall dating an Aisha in a different life. In Saints Row The Third, the two are constantly playing chess together. Yeti and Kingpin can be seen playing chess on the ARK. Recognizable faces include Ben King, Anthony Green, Angelo Lopez, Freckle B, Joseph Price, and Tanya. In the same intro, the Vice Kings, the Westside Rollerz, and Los Carnales gangs from the original Saints Row make a return. Kingpin's cutscene intro features his unification of the gangs of Stillwater, the main location of the first two Saints Row games.

Ultor is the major corporation that plays a significant role in the Saints Row and Red Faction series. 
The MAYHEM agency is this universes version of the 3rd Street Saints, using an absurd amount of purple, and an updated version of the Saints' fleur-de-lis emblem.Pierce Washington returns as Kingpin, Oleg Kirrlov returns as Yeti, and Johnny Gat returns as. Three characters from the Saints Row series return as playable characters in Agents of Mayhem.As one would expect, the two series share a lot of connections that help bridge the two games. Agents of Mayhem is set in this universe. After one of multiple endings to the Gat Out of Hell DLC for Saints Row IV, an alternate version of Earth was created. Agents of Mayhem is set up to be a spin-off of the Saints Row series.
